Schedule a free 20-minute consultation here. During our talk, you can ask questions about my coaching plans and share your menopause issues and desires so we can determine if we are a good fit.

Choose Your Program

I offer two coaching packages:

  • 30-day plan with four coaching sessions, each 30 minutes.
  • 90-day plan with 11 coaching sessions, each 30 minutes, with an initial 60-minute session.

The 90-day plan allows you more time to work on your overall well-being or multiple issues.

Before our initial session, you will receive an in-depth assessment that helps me to know about the issues you want coaching on and your desired health goals.

Personalized Plan of Action

We build a personalized wellness plan tailored to your issues and desired well-being outcomes. We create realistic, doable, actionable steps with results-driven tools and practices. We do this while considering your circumstances, lifestyle, and other factors.
